Pay rate: £28,000 – £37,000 per annum

Job Objective:
To provide practical field-based service, repairs, and technical support to end users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and performance through a focus on first-time fixes and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing and repairs on Toro and other branded equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose faults effectively (mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all work completed.
- Promote and maintain high safety standards on-site and in the workshop.
- Liaise with the Service Manager and parts team to ensure smooth operations.
- Represent the company positively with a clean, professional image and well-maintained service vehicle.
- Attend training sessions for continuous personal and technical development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic fault-finding experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and job tracking systems.
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites as needed.
- Full UK driving licence required.
